Michelle obtained her B.S. from Bowling Green State University.  Michelle’s work experience includes time as a caseworker for TANF, Food Assistance and Publicly Funded child care; a Child Care Center Director for Kinder Care Learning Centers, Inc.; a Training Officer for the Office of Ohio Health Plans, handling topics such as Managed Health Care, Community Collaboration and Marketing; and 19 years in the Child Care program area. Her time in the Office of Family Assistance includes oversight of policy development, legislative activities, managing IT projects and provider regulation including centers and family child care. For the last several years, Michelle has focused on IT system development and enhancements to best support the child care program in an automated fashion.
